Dr. Helen Lancy is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner, certified as both a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP). This unique combination allows her to care for the whole person, with a strong understanding of both mental and physical health. She is deeply committed to helping adults feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.
Dr. Lancy earned her Masterās in Nursing from Spring Arbor University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Missouri. She brings compassion, clinical expertise, and evidence-based care to every patient encounter, creating a safe and collaborative space where individuals can work toward meaningful, lasting change.
With five years of experience in adult-gerontology psychiatry, Dr. Lancy specializes in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma in adults ages 18 and older. She understands that life transitions, chronic stress, and past experiences can deeply impact emotional wellbeing.
